Maverick County Hospital District July 2024 Heathcare Programs

On July 2, 2024, the Maverick County Hospital District held a press conference to discuss its upcoming events and programs during July 2024.

Sports physicals are now available for $10, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 pm hhPlease call (830)757-4099 to schedule an appointment for the upcoming sports season.

Free testing for hepatitis C will also be available, if you believe you are at risk feel free to call (830)757-6526 for more information. In

Free HIV and STD testing will also be available, Monday through Friday, and will be located in the Social Services building.

The CPRIT will be sponsoring free colon screening for patients who qualify, for more information call (830)335-6495. If you are an uninsured Maverick Country citizen and interested in the Medical Financial Assistance Program, the MCDH is now taking applications. Please call (830) 757-4950 if you are interested. The MCDH is offering free breast and cervical screening services to women who meet the program’s requirements. For more information call (830)757-4954.

The MCHD will be holding a Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, July 20th from 8 AM to 12 PM and will be located at 3406 Bob Rogers, Eagle Pass, Texas 78852. The fair will include free sports physicals and educational resources. Gift cards will be given to those who complete a health screening.
