Eagle Pass High School and Winn High School Class of 2024 Graduations are May 24 & 25

The Eagle Pass Independent School District Superintendent Samuel Mijares announced that the graduation ceremonies (commencement) for Eagle Pass High School and C. C. Winn High School will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 and Saturday, May 25, 2024, respectively, with over 1.000 graduating seniors among both schools.
Eagle Pass High School will hold its graduation ceremony on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 8 p.m. at the Eagle Pass Independent School District Student Activity Center Cozel Foster-Veterans Memorial Stadium in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Approximately 575 seniors are scheduled to graduate from Eagle Pass High School on May 24th, including newly crowned World Bench Press Champion Rito Flores, Jr.
The Eagle Pass High School Class of 2024 Valedictiorian is Paola Sarabia and the Salutatorian is Itzel Fuentes.
C. C. Winn High School will follow with their commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 8 p.m. at the Eagle Pass Independent School District Student Activity Center Cozel Foster-Veterans Memorial Stadium in Eagle Pass.
An estimated 500 seniors are receiving their diplomas from C. C. Winn High School on May 25th, including Valedictorian Carlos G. Longoria and Salutatorian Ricardo Chavarria.
The two graduation ceremonies are open to the public. The public is encouraged to use both main entrances to the EPISD Student Activity Center, the one on Loop 480 and U. S. Highway 277 South. Gates to the EPISD Student Activity Center will open at 6 pm. each day and the ceremony will begin promptly at 8 p.m. The public and families of the graduates are encouraged to car pool since traffic for ingress and egress from the EPISD Student Activity Center is expected to be heavy.
In the event of any inclement weather during either one of the graduation ceremonies, the Eagle Pass High School ceremony will be moved to Saturday, May 25th at 10 a.m. while the C. C. Winn High School ceremony will be moved to Sunday, May 26th at 10 a.m.
