State Representative Poncho Nevarez to Host Town Hall Meeting on September 5th

Texas State Representative Poncho Nevarez is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 10 A.M. at IBC Bank, 2395 E. Main Street, in Eagle Pass, Texas to discuss the just completed 86th Legislative Session and the needs of the community in the upcoming 87th Legislative Session.
State Representative Nevarez represents Texas House of Representatives District 74, the largest state house district in Texas and the United States. District 74 is comprised of 12 counties covering south and west Texas, including Maverick, Val Verde, Kinney, Brewster, Culbertson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Loving, Pecos, Presidio, Reeves, and Terrell. District 74 also covers a large part of the United States-Mexico border.
Representative Nevarez is Chairman of the Homeland Security and Public Safety Committee and a member of the Natural Resources Committee in the Texas House of Representatives.
Representative Nevarez invites all of his constituents to attend the September 5th Town Hall Meeting in Eagle Pass to hear about the 86th Legislative Session and what he will be working on during the interim prior to the 87th Legislative Session.
Nevarez also wants to hear from his constituents regarding their priorities for the next 87th Legislative Session in 2021. The September 5th Town Hall Meeting is an excellent forum to meet and greet Representative Nevarez as well as exchange one’s needs and priorities in their communities and in the State of Texas.
The September 5th Town Hall is open to the public. Representative Nevarez encourages his constituents to bring their families and friends to the Town Hall Meeting.
