C.C. Winn High School Graduation Scheduled on Friday, June 7th

The thundering Eagle Pass C. C. Winn High School Mavericks’ Class of 2019 graduation is scheduled on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 8 P.M. at the Eagle Pass Independent School District Cozel Foster-Veterans Memorial Stadium, announced Superintendent Gilberto Gonzalez.
A total of 512 Winn High School seniors are expected to receive their high school diploma at the June 7th commencement ceremony, said Jesus Diaz-Wever, Winn High School Principal.
Leading the Winn Mavericks Class of 2019 are Valedictorian Jan Carlos Rubio Sanchez with a GPA of 107.7568 and Salutatorian Katherine Dees with a GPA of 107.7105 as well as the top five percent graduates, including Alexya R. Rosas with a GPA of 106.3500, Greg Romero with a GPA of 105.5000, Isaac Raphael Covarrubias with a GPA of 105.4211, Luis Martin Ainslie with GPA of 105.1224, Jordan Estrada with a GPA of 104.8049, Noelia Flores with a GPA of 104.6444, Abegail Flores with a GPA of 104.4359, Fatima Zavala with a GPA of 103.7368, Suzette Montfort Orta with a GPA of 102.8158, Adolfo Ivan Jimenez with a GPA of 102.0250, Sergio Gonzalez-Torres with a GPA of 101.3171, Jose David Robles with a GPA of 101.3171, Mayra Alejandra Garza with a GPA of 101.0571, Michael Chavarria with a GPA of 101.0556, Tanya B. Garcia with a GPA of 100.4545, Karenny R. Sepulveda with a GPA of 100.1364, Brandon P. Guerra with a GPA of 99.9063, Yulissa Escamilla with a GPA of 99.6486, Suzy Perez with a GPA of 99.500, Katie E. Graduation attendees are encouraged to take plenty of time to arrive to the Cozel Foster-Veterans Memorial Stadium due to construction on U.S. Highway 277 South and to use the East entrance to the stadium through Loop 480 via U.S. Highway 57 North and F.M. 1021 (El Indio Highway).
