Eagle Passan Andrea Casares Sworn-In as Assistant District Attorney in Val Verde County

Eagle Passan Andrea Casares, a licensed attorney in the State of Texas, was officially sworn-in as an Assistant District Attorney in the 63rd and 83rd Judicial District Courts serving Val Verde, Terrell, and Kinney Counties on Monday, April 9, 2018 by the Honorable Enrique Fernandez in Del Rio, Texas.
Casares is a graduate of Eagle Pass High School, St. Edward’s University, and The Thomas Cooley School of Law and resides in Eagle Pass, Texas. She also has practiced law in the State of Texas for several years.
Casares was appointed as a Border Prosecution Unit Prosecutor and Assistant District Attorney by 63rd and 83rd Judicial District Attorney Michael J. Bagley to serve the Tri-Counties of Val Verde, Terrell, and Kinney.
Casares was joined by family members, colleagues, friends, and District Attorney Michael J. Bagley at her official swearing-in ceremony held on April 9th before Judge Enrique Fernandez.
Casares stated that she is honored and excited to join District Attorney Michael J. Bagley’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney and the Border Prosecution Unit Prosecutor, focusing on prosecuting Border Drug Cases.
