Cleo’s Gasoline and Convenience Stores Sold to Taylor-Smartt LLC d/b/a Kwik-Chek

Cleo Bustamante, President of Cleo Bustamante Enterprises in Carrizo Springs, Texas, announced that all eight Cleo’s gasoline and convenience stores have been sold to Taylor-Smartt LLC doing business as Kwik-Chek Convenience Stores, Inc. of Bonham, Texas.

Bustamante stated “our family is proud of the convenience store chain we have built over the years and are pleased to be able to turn over the operation of these stores to a high-quality company like Kwik-Chek.”

Kwik-Chek Convenience Stores, Inc. operates 36 convenience and grocery stores in Texas and Oklahoma and its headquarters are in Bonham, Texas.

Loyal customers of Cleo’s will soon see and experience a change of names, branding, and a wider selection of products and services at all the former Cleo’s Stores.
