La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation & Care Center Grand Opening Held

La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation and Care Center held its official grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, offering a state of the art rehabilitation and care center for Eagle Passans at 3333 Bob Rogers Drive, announced Pete Zamora, Chief Administrator of La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation and Care Center.
The new state of the art business provides short term rehabilitation care and a therapeutic home transitioning unit for patients, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation and Care Center is a skilled nursing facility that provides medical, nursing, and other health and continuous social services to patients who are not in an acute phase of illness requiring services in a hospital, but who require restorative and/or skilled nursing services on an in-patient basis above the level of intermediate or custodial care in order to reach a degree of body functioning to permit self-care in daily living.
La Hacienda de Paz Rehabilitation and Care Center provides a beautiful, spacious floor plan and living areas, including an indoor gym with specialized equipment, an outdoor gym patio with a rehabilitation strengthening course, salon and spa services, life enrichment activities, transportation services, restorative program, skilled nursing 24 hours a day, long term care, and trained staff in intravenous, respiratory and trach care.
Over 100 local healthcare professionals, business owners, public dignitaries, and citizens attended the grand opening celebration of La Hacienda de Paz and Care Center on March 22nd sponsored by the Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce.
Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce Vice-President Dr. Claudia Rodriguez-Wright welcomed all the guests at the grand opening ceremony as Master of Ceremony. Pastor Paul Bailie of Igesia Luterana de San Lucas of Eagle Pass provided an inspirational invocation. The Eagle Pass Rotary Club presented the colors of the flag at the ceremony. Tejano recording artist Jessica Sanchez sang a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem.
Following the grand opening, guests were provided a tour of the state of the art facility, refreshments, and hor’s d oeuvres, and a live Mariachi Band and music.
