Eagle Passan Marcelo Flores found dead in Acapulco, Mexico

Eagle Passan Marcelo Flores, age 23, whom had been reported missing in Acapulco, Mexico, was found dead in a ravine below a bridge in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, announced Mexican authorities in the resort City of Acapulco.
Flores disappeared on Tuesday, July 14, 2014, at approximately 1 P.M., in Acapulco, while vacationing in the Emerald City of Acapulco with family members. He was reported to have been walking without his wallet, cell phone, and identification. His family reported him missing upon not returning to his hotel.
On Wednesday, July 15, 2015, Mexican authorities received a telephone call of a young man’s deceased body found at approximately 7 A.M. in a ravine near Farallon Avenue below a bridge. A member of Flores’ family identified the young man’s deceased body as that of Marcelo Flores of Eagle Pass, Texas.
Mexican authorities have not identified the real cause of Marcelo Flores’ death. An autopsy of his body will be performed pursuant to Mexican law.
The late Marcelo Flores was an energetic, gregarious, and independent young man well-liked by his friends and family. He was well-known in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Family members in Acapulco, Mexico are making arrangements for the cremation of Marcelo Flores’ body and his return to the United States.
